It rarely happens — our photographers are experienced at staying invisible. We also pick angles and distances that keep the surprise intact right up to the moment.

If the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll do our best to reschedule your photoshoot together or adjust the plan. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the full amount will be refunded.

Absolutely. Our experience is designed for real people, not models. Feeling uncomfortable is normal, but we help you relax and enjoy the moment.

No. Most of our guests have never done a photoshoot before. We guide you naturally, step by step, so nothing feels forced or awkward.

Expert photo editing — the best photos are edited for light, colour and sharpness. Quick delivery — your gallery arrives within 4–5 days, or in 48h with express delivery. Local tips — your photographer shares the best photo spots and local secrets for what to see, eat and do in town. And high-resolution photos, ready to be printed.

After the photoshoot you’ll receive a private online gallery with the best edited photos, carefully selected by your photographer and sent to you by email. The gallery stays available for 3 months, giving you time to view and download your images. If you need the link again after that period, a small additional fee may apply.

If you need to cancel for any reason, email or call us and we will refund 100% of your booking fee as long as you give us no less than 7 days’ notice before your scheduled shoot date. Within 7 days, once the shoot date and time are confirmed, you may ask for a 50% refund; we retain the remaining 50% for processing and handling fees. Within 24h of the shoot date and time all sales are final and there is no refund for cancelled shoots. See our Terms & Conditions for the complete cancellation policy. We are not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any additional fees charged to you by your bank, card provider or PayPal for receiving the refund.

Usually yes, but sometimes photographers have booked the rest of their day around the location you already chose, so it may not be possible. We always try our best to accommodate you — let us know at least 7 days before the photoshoot.

Please text or email your photographer if you are delayed. Keep in mind they may have another shoot booked right after yours, so it is unlikely the session can be extended — we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early, as traffic in big cities can be unpredictable. Any time that has passed from your original start time is forfeited, and you may shoot for the remainder of the time you booked.

If you want to keep going and your photographer is free, you can pay the additional charge on the spot.

Your photographer captures a large number of photos in RAW format, which are then carefully selected and processed. In the gallery you will find more photos than those included in your package: these extra shots are available for purchase directly on the gallery website, either individually or as the entire gallery.

You can certainly gift a photoshoot to friends or relatives. Visit our Gift page, choose the type of photoshoot you want to gift and follow the instructions to complete your purchase and arrange the details of this special gift.
